Overview

As a direct report to the Director of Partnership Development, the Partnership Development Manager (“PDM”) will be an important member of our Business Development Team and an integral part of TWH’s acquisitive growth strategy. The PDM will help drive acquisition growth through initial outreach and appointment setting and drive appointments through our proprietary and defined outreach process, including outbound calling and messaging to identify, qualify, and schedule new partnership opportunity meetings.

This is a hyrbid role. Must be local to the Grosse Pointe, MI area. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Create, organize, and execute processes for inside sales, including, but not limited to:
    • Sequence development
    • Calling, emailing, and mailing campaigns and outreach to new/existing markets
    • In person visits to practices
  • Provide support to create, organize, and execute new marketing materials and campaigns, including, but not limited to:
    • 1st draft attempt at new marketing materials such as newsletter content, emails, scripts, videos, webinars, blog posts
    • In collaboration with others, coordinate the execution of the items above
  • Lead generation and research:
    • Identify appropriate decision makers and qualify leads for opportunities
    • Identify pre-contact connections through Doximity, vendors, and TWH partner physicians
    • Conduct reputational research for potential deals
    • Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
    • Use research to find possible targets meeting our defined profile
    •  
  • Data Entry – Encoding or entry of data into an existing CRM system Engage in initial discussions with business owners and articulate the company value proposition compared to other options
  • Support event planning and execution of events, including, but not limited to:
    • A Day With TWH
    • Regional Events
    • Webinars
    • Dinners with prospective partners and local events

Qualifications

Talents you’ll bring to TWH:

 

  • BA/BS degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Career and goal oriented approach
  • Passion for creating new connections and networking
  • Strong data entry skills, Internet navigation, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong Hubspot/CRM use and knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing and highly motivated personality
  • Ability to work in an autonomous, fast moving environment
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve strategically
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in Women’s Healthcare or other healthcare industry background preferred
