Clinical Supervisor

Women's Health Associates, a practice partner of Together Women’s Health (TWH) has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our team!

The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.

• Oversee day-to-day staffing for nursing staff
• Orientation and training for staff
• Develop clinical policies and procedures
• Coordinate vacation and personal time off requests
• Laboratory liaison--QA
• Equipment repair and service/Contracts
• Interview/Personnel selection
• Ensure continuous flow of quality patient care

• • Active LPN license or Certified Medical Assistant
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience
  • Clinical managerial experience highly preferred
