Talent Sourcer, Physician Recruitment

Together Women’s Health (TWH) is seeking a full-time Talent Sourcer, Physician Recruitment to join our growing recruiting team. This is a growth hire supporting the expansion of private practice partnerships across the country. At TWH, we currently support more than 20 women’s health practices across the U.S., and we are backed by Shore Capital Partners. You’ll have the chance to work closely with a tight-knit, fast-paced team building the provider pipeline that powers our mission.

What You’ll Do:

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging top-tier OBGYN physicians, subspecialists, and advanced practice providers (APPs) who align with our clinical and cultural values.

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies aligned with immediate hiring and long-term workforce planning needs.
• Use tools like job boards, social media, referral networks, residency programs, and CRM systems to build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct proactive outreach to OBGYN physicians, program directors, and residency coordinators through phone, email, and digital communication.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure high-quality candidate experiences and timely placements.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ATS (HubSpot and iCIMS), tracking outreach, engagement, and pipeline metrics.
• Monitor industry trends and share market intelligence to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Participate in virtual meetings, recruiting dinners, and networking events (minimal travel—less than 25%).
• Screen and evaluate candidates for qualifications and cultural fit, depending on your experience.

What You Bring:

Qualifications of the successful candidate will include:

• 2+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting in healthcare or professional-level roles.
• Working knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, etc.).
• Experience working with a CRM or ATS (e.g., HubSpot, iCIMS).
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to a remote, collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you know how to build relationships with busy clinicians.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to track candidate data and deliver results.
• A growth mindset and desire to be part of something bigger than yourself.
