True, a premier women’s health practice within the Together Women’s Health network, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. True specializes in midlife, menopause, and sexual health—empowering women through compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care.

Deliver comprehensive clinical care to patients in midlife, menopause transition, and related sexual health concerns
Provide primary care services with a focus on preventive health, chronic condition management, and overall wellness
Support patients with evidence-based weight management and metabolic health programs as part of the clinic’s integrated care model
Perform evaluations, diagnostics, and management plans (including hormone therapy and sexual wellness treatments)
Collaborate with physicians, wellness coaches, and allied professionals within a coordinated care team
Provide continuity of care, follow-up, patient education, and counseling
Participate in the development and refinement of clinical protocols, standards, and practice pathways
Contribute to patient acquisition, retention, and the overall growth of the practice
Engage in quality improvement initiatives, chart review, clinical team meetings, and shared after-hours/urgent coverage

Qualifications & Requirements
Active and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Michigan
Board certified (or board-eligible) in a relevant specialty such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Women’s Health
Experience or strong interest in menopause, hormone therapy, sexual health, and related women’s health fields
Menopause Society certification (or equivalent training) is strongly preferred; candidates without certification must be willing to obtain it within the first year of employment
Demonstrated excellence in diagnostic reasoning, clinical decision-making, and patient communication
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, therapeutic relationships with patients
Comfort working in a membership or concierge-style care model emphasizing continuity, wellness, and prevention
Enthusiasm for innovation and collaboration in developing clinical protocols within a growth-oriented practice
Work within a supportive network of leading women’s health providers
