True specializes in midlife, menopause, and sexual health—empowering women through compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative practice that values long-term patient relationships, innovation in care delivery, and whole-person wellness.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with physicians, wellness coaches, and allied professionals within a coordinated care team

  • Provide continuity of care, follow-up, patient education, and counseling

  • Participate in the development and refinement of clinical protocols, standards, and practice pathways

  • Contribute to patient acquisition, retention, and the overall growth of the practice

  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives, chart review, clinical team meetings, and shared after-hours/urgent coverage

We seek someone who can step into an evolving practice with strong existing patient relationships and enthusiasm for growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Board certified (or board-eligible) in a relevant specialty such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Women’s Health

  • Experience or strong interest in menopause, hormone therapy, sexual health, and related women’s health fields

  • Menopause Society certification (or equivalent training) is strongly preferred; candidates without certification must be willing to obtain it within the first year of employment

  • Demonstrated excellence in diagnostic reasoning, clinical decision-making, and patient communication

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, therapeutic relationships with patients

  • Comfort working in a membership or concierge-style care model emphasizing continuity, wellness, and prevention

  • Enthusiasm for innovation and collaboration in developing clinical protocols within a growth-oriented practice

Why Join True?

  • Work within a supportive network of leading women’s health providers

  • Enjoy a 4-day workweek and balanced patient schedule (no weekends)

    • Shared call responsibilities (1:5 equal weekends managing text line, after hours support only)
