Overview

Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Generalist to serve as a key operational partner to our People Team. This role combines data-driven insights with hands-on administrative excellence to ensure smooth people operations across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding through ongoing engagement and compliance.

People Operations

  • Support open enrollment and benefit administration, including benefit stipend draw down.
  • Provide administrative assistance for practice integration activities such as preparing side-by-sides, ensure completion of I-9s, and field questions from new partnership team members
  • Deliver on-site support at new practice locations for ADP system setup and benefits registration
  • Manage and respond to HR ticket inquiries from employees and managers focusing on more complicated or research-intensive questions
  • Post relevant content to the WOMB and ensure content is up to date
  • Launch annual ADP Performance review cycle and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate corporate team member onboarding agendas, including equipment procurement, setup, and headshots
  • Back-up assistance to practice employee onboarding, offboarding, and status change processes

 

Reporting & Audit Support

  • Support bi-weekly payroll audits
  • Conduct turnover analysis including exit interview trends and retention metrics
  • Assist in compensation benchmark data pull and current team member compensation reporting, as requested by the Regional Director
  • Launch quarterly eNPS and Pulse surveys, track engagement trends, and identify actionable insights
  • Monitor self-funded benefit spend, enrollment reports, utilization patterns, and audit invoices
  • Support compliance reporting and audits of benefit plans

 

 

 

Process Improvement & HRIS Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes using our HRIS platform and lead data clean up efforts
  • Identify opportunities to collect, store, and update reportable data in our HRIS platform 
  • Build automated workflows and reporting capabilities within existing systems
  • Document standard operating procedures and create user guides
  • Support HRIS (including ATS) upgrades, testing, and training initiatives

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or related administrative experience
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms with knowledge of system administration and configuration
  • Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Experience with HR metrics including turnover, retention, and compensation analysis
  • Understanding of payroll processes and data structures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Customer service orientation for employee support
  • Project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Familiarity with benefits administration and self-funded plans preferred

 

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 20% travel, as needed, to new practice partner sites.  This may require long days, weekend, and evening travel.
