Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary: $300K + productivity bonuses
- Sign-On & Relocation Bonus: $100K

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for Illinois medical license
