Lifestyle & Schedule
- 3.5 clinic days per week
- Dedicated OR time available
- Post-call day flexibility
- Shared 1:6+ call rotation (2 new associates joining in 2026!)
- Call taken from home unless clinical needs require hospital presence
- Dedicated nursing team manages patient calls
