Responsibilities

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this job but are not intended to be all inclusive.   • Sources and recruits qualified candidates using various sources, such as social media networks, employee referrals, to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Develops and prepares job profiles and assists with job description creation
  • Supports partial-cycle recruiting activities for an average of 40+ requisitions simultaneously, including sourcing, resume screening, candidate management, and offer support.
  • Provides training and ongoing support to hiring managers on iCIMS and recruitment processes to ensure a consistent and efficient hiring experience
  • May negotiate employment terms and prepare offer letters
  • Maintains recruiting and candidate pipeline reporting
  • Builds strong partnerships with hiring managers while managing all stages of the interviewing process with the appropriate hiring team
  • Oversees the organization's Indeed recruitment platform, managing all job postings, vendor relationships, sponsored job strategies, performance analytics, and job advertisement optimization to maximize candidate flow and hiring outcomes
  • Assists in building a strong applicant tracking process within our applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
  • Constantly strives to improve and implement an overall recruiting strategy
  • Ensures positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process
  • May provide support for various Human Resource functions

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 1-3 years full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees, preferably in the healthcare field
  • Hands on experience of various recruiting techniques and selection processes
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Indeed
  • High level of confidence and ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Ability to think outside the box for networking and building a strong candidate pipeline
  • Excellent interviewing skills and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills and demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple demands concurrently
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a goal-oriented environment

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, General Business, or other related field
  • Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System

 

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the position requires the following physical activities:

  • Ability to lift minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted; able to sit stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently; moderate range of body motions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Travel Requirements: Up to 10%; may include air travel for corporate training.
